they will pray
for all those without a home
on filthy street all alone
those that starve and in want of food
those abused and devalued
the climate in flux and change
falling wealth on the stock exchange
ending war and all that brings
the saving grace of queens and king
some great god will fix it all
because man has the where with all
to cure the earths ills this very day
there is no need for man to pray
