Cognitive behavior therapy CBT
I've done it all the so called cures
the resting and CBT
letting go of the past
to live in harmony
cast out all I use to do
no need to persist
all the things I can now do
add them to the list
I can sleep and I can eat
there must be something that I missed?
I'd love to do something else
but I'd have to do a new bloody list
