All first class hotels and hire cars
Check list and proforma mentality
A tick in the box matters to me
We listen to what staff has to say
So we can ignore in our usual way
Staff suggestions and token payment
Always fob off legitimate claimant
To be first class and the kudos that brings
We’ll be forever reviewing and auditing
Customer satisfaction surveys done
Against complains we have a good run
Thank you letters we will let you see
Very few since two thousand and three
What is the Agency supposed to do
To be quite honest I haven’t a clue
